Nick Jr. Central and Eastern Europe to Premiere 'Becca's Bunch' on Monday 4th March 2019 ---ScRaBBlE

Nick Jr. Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) will premiere Becca's Bunch, a brand-new animated preschool series that follows the adventures of a unique little bird who has a big heart on Monday 4th March 2019 at 10:30am CET! Following launch, Becca's Bunch will continue to air weekdays at 10:30am CET on Nick Jr. CEE.

In Wagtail Woods a little bird called Becca and her bunch of friends are always ready for action! Becca has a innate curiosity and a wonderful way of looking at things. She sees adventure in every situation and as a result often bites off more than she can chew, landing herself and the bunch - Russell, Sylvia and Pedro - in some sticky situations. Thinking on her feet, Becca will urge a generation of kids never to give up, aim high and have big ideas, because once they do every day will be an adventure!

From her quirky dress sense to her hobbies, Becca is a bird like no other and chirps to her own tune. Her can-do attitude allows her big ideas to take flight on the most fantastical adventures with her three best friends. Becca’s infectious enthusiasm encourages her besties, aka The Wild Bunch, to seek out adventure in Wagtail Woods and boldly go where no bird, worm, squirrel and fox have gone before. The Wild Bunch haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on Becca’s list! With unique ideas, heart and positive thinking, the gang always manage to overcome any challenge they encounter in Wagtail Woods.

Becca's Bunch is an exciting, new entertainment show for preschoolers which merges live action, puppetry and 2D and 3D animation to create a textured world that the audience will want to reach out and touch!

Becca's Bunch (52 x 11') is produced by Dublin-based creative production, distribution and licensing company JAM Media. Nickelodeon acquired the exclusive broadcast rights to the series in the US and Pay TV rights for the rest of the world in October 2016. Becca's Bunch made its debut on Nick Jr. UK & Ireland on Monday 2nd July 2018, and will roll out the series onto Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. channels around the world in the coming months. In addition, terrestrial broadcasters ABC Australia, CBC Kids (Canada) and France Télévisions (France) have picked up the series for their respective countries.

Talking about the series, Nickelodeon Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Production and Development Nina Hahn says the project was introduced to her and Nick’s Vice President (VP) of Content Acquisitions, Layla Lewis, at a very early stage. And it was love at first sight.

“[JAM Media] showed us the short even before they did the formal pitch into our larger group, which allowed us to give them feedback from multiple different filters on what we wanted to see,” Hahn says. “The content itself had a lot of the DNA of Nickelodeon, from the visual quirkiness, to the way the characters were developed and its strong female lead at the center. It really tapped into the kind of broad, emotional and simple ideas that we like to work with.”

Jam Media, which has studios in both Dublin and Belfast in Northern Ireland, pitched the series at Cartoon Forum in 2013 under the title Early Bird.

The news follows JAM Media naming JAKKS Pacific as the global master toy licensee for Becca’s Bunch. JAKKS has secured the exclusive global rights to produce figurines, playsets and accessories, vehicles, musical instruments, plush (feature and non-feature), every day dress-up, role play, arts & crafts, board games and accessories, Halloween costumes and accessories, outdoor/indoor furniture, wagons, ride-ons, play tents, ball pits, balls and outdoor games, all based on the spritely bird and her group of animal friends. Plush, figurines, musical instruments, vehicles and playsets are planned for a Fall 2019 launch at US retail. JAKKS joins previously signed Becca’s Bunch licensees Candlewick Press, which has taken publishing rights for the US, and Egmont, which is signed on for publishing in the rest of the world. Both companies are planning a Fall 2019 retail launch in key territories.

freeSAT Slovakia to Add Hungarian Versions of Nickelodeon, Nicktoons and Nick Jr. on Monday 1st April 2019 ---ScRaBBlE

The Slovak DTH platform freeSAT has announced the exciting news that the platform will be adding Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Nicktoons CEE and Nick Jr. CEE to its service! Available from Monday 1st April 2019, the Nickelodeon channels, which will broadcast with a Hungarian soundtrack, will be part of the freeSAT medium HD package. Nick Jr. will broadcast on channel no. 86, Nickelodeon will broadcast on channel no. 87, and Nicktoons will broadcast on channel no. 88.

Additionally, freeSAT Slovakia also added the Hungarian-language versions of MTV, Comedy Central and Comedy Central Family to its service today, Friday 1st March 2019. Comedy Central and Comedy Central Family are available on 127 and 128, respectively, and MTV is available on channel 129. All three channels form part of the freeSAT medium HD package.

NickToons Hungary (Magyarország) is slated to officially launch on the on the Magyar Telekom platform on Tuesday 2nd April 2019, following the channel receiving a soft launch on Tuesday 12th February 2019.

freeSAT rozširuje svoju ponuku o nové kanály. Divákom tak ponúkne skvelé filmy, premiéry, zábavu, hudbu i programy pre deti. Od 1. marca budú môcť sledovať pestrý výber programov vrátane JOJ Cinema a maďarskojazyčné verzie programov Comedy Central, Comedy Central Family a hudobného kanála MTV. Od 1. apríla sa ponuka ešte rozšíri o RiK TV a medzi kanálmi v maďarskom jazyku pribudnú Nick Toons, Nickelodeon a Nick Jr.

Jar prináša zákazníkom freeSAT-u ďalšiu nádielku televíznej zábavy. Poskytovateľ služieb satelitnej televízie prináša zákazníkom s balíkom freeSAT medium HD a vyšším 8 nových kanálov. Vzhľadom na zvýšený záujem o obľúbené filmy, seriály a detské programy sa freeSAT rozhodol rozšíriť svoju ponuku a prekvapiť divákov novými kanálmi v balíkoch.

Od dnes budú mať fanúšikovia televíznej zábavy k dispozícii JOJ Cinema. Filmový kanál vlani zaznamenal neuveriteľný rast v ratingu i výkonnosti na trhu a získal tak zaslúžené miesto medzi novinkami v ponuke freeSAT-u. Kanál ponúka jedinečný výber filmov a v rámci Filmu týždňa a Filmu mesiaca divákom ponúka najnovšie hollywoodske trháky i premiéry súčasných hitov v českom dabingu. Diváci sa v najbližších mesiacoch môžu tešiť na filmy ako Kým prišla búrka (Adrift), Gringo, Hrdinovia ohňa (Only the brave), Fakjú, pán učiteľ (Fack ju Göhte) alebo Špión, ktorý mi dal kopačky (Spy who dumped me). JOJ Cinema sa určite stane obľúbeným kanálom, keďže neprerušuje filmy reklamami. Kanál bude k dispozícii zákazníkom freeSAT-u s predplateným balíkom freeSAT plus HD, no prvých päť mesiacov si ho môžu užívať aj diváci s balíkom freeSAT medium HD.

Na Slovensku pribudne aj maďarský Comedy Central
Po maďarsky hovoriaci priaznivci televíznej zábavy nájdu už od marca na pozíciách 127 a 128 Comedy Central a Comedy Central Family, dva obľúbené komediálne kanály. Comedy Central patrí medzi najpopulárnejšie značky televíznej zábavy generácie Y. Komediálny žáner stelesňuje v oceňovaných neskoro nočných komediálnych seriáloch, animovaných i hraných seriáloch, či špeciálnych edícii stand-upových vystúpeniach a skečoch. Vysiela ikonické a kultové seriály ako South Park, Family Guy, The Big Bang Theory či Modern Family. Okrem toho ponúka stand-upy z vlastnej dielne či inú maďarskú produkciu.

Comedy Central Family je relatívny nováčik, keďže sa na televíznej scéne objavil len v roku 2017. Sústredí sa na populárne zábavné a rodinné seriály a vhodne tak dopĺňa programy kanálu Comedy Central. Vysiela najlepšie sitcomy ako Ako som spoznal vašu matku (How I met your mother), Zajatci predmestia (Suburgatory) či Melissa a Joey, klasické komediálne seriály ako Priatelia i kreslené seriály ako SpongeBob v šortkách či Tučniaky z Madagaskaru.

Medzi novinkami však nie sú len kanály plné filmových maratónov, komediálnych šou a úžasných kreslených filmov. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou novej ponuky je aj hudba: najnovšie hity i vzrušujúce šou. Divákom freeSAT-u sú k dispozícii už od 1. marca vďaka MTV Hungary.

Od apríla sa na viac zábavy môžu tešiť aj deti

Počet divákov lokálnych kanálov pre deti rýchlym tempom stúpa. V apríli do ponuky pribudne aj úspešná slovenská RiK TV. Zameriava sa na malých fanúšikov televízie, ktorým prináša nekonečnú zábavu a väčšinu známych hrdinov detského sveta. Či už je to Máša a medveď, Ferdo Mravec alebo vždy veselá Ovečka Shaun, deti svoju obľúbenú rozprávku nájdu od 1. apríla na pozícii 89.

Rovnako od apríla pribudnú nové kanály aj pre maďarsky hovoriace deti. Kanál Nick Jr. prinesie svetoznáme a obľúbené seriály ako Slnečný deň (Sunny Day), Tlapková hliadka (PAW Patrol), Bubble Guppies, Plamienok a štvorkolky (Blaze and the Monster Machines), Shimmer and Shine a Dora a priatelia (Dora and Friends: Into the City).

Vďaka kanálu Nicktoons sa k deťom hovoriacim po maďarsky od apríla dostanú aj ďalšie animované seriály. Tešiť sa môžu okrem iných na Legendu Korry, Ninja korytnačky alebo úplne nový Vzostup ninja korytnačiek (The Rise of TMNT).

Školákov a tínedžerov zase poteší spustenie kanálu Nickelodeon, ktorý im sprístupní známe seriály ako Bella a buldoci (Bella and Bulldogs), Sam & Cat alebo Thundermanovci v maďarčine.

Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe to Premiere 'Noobees' on Monday 22nd April 2019 ---ScRaBBlE

Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) will premiere Noobees, Nickelodeon Latin America's (Latinoamérica) hit scripted series which takes viewers inside the high-stakes world of eSports, on Monday 22nd April 2019 at 15:40 CET! Following launch, new episodes will continue to air weekdays at 15:40 CET on Nick CEE. Noobees follows of a group of teenage gamers who have the opportunity to live out their biggest dream, participating in the eSports Championship, creating “Noobees”, an eSports team that will compete to win the Professional Video Games League.

Are you a gamer? N00bees is perfect for you! Not a gamer? You're gonna love the show, too!

N00Bees, whose title denotes a person who is new at playing an online game and/or is bad at it, follows Silvia, her brother Erick and their friends Tania, Pablo and Niko. Silvia has never been interested in video games. She has always preferred the outdoors and playing her favorite sport, basketball. She is the opposite of her father, Hector, and her brother - who, for them, video games are everything! When Erick is presented with the unique opportunity of participating in the E-Sports Championship, his greatest dream, Silvia does everything possible to help him achieve it, even if it means becoming a professional gamer herself. Silvia and Erick, along with their friends, create N00Bees - an E-sports team that will compete for the title at the Professional Video Games League. But this task will not be easy. Besides dealing with all the usual problems associated with growing up, Silvia will have to learn how to play video games while competing against David, the best player in the region and with whom she'll fall in love with. What nobody knows is that something will happen to Silvia that will make her gain some incredible powers allowing her to control the way she plays videogames, and this will be epic! All this will unleash all kinds of adventures and moments that fans CANNOT miss!

The show features new and established pan-regional actors, including Mexican natives Michelle Olvera (La Doña, Huérfanas, O Señor De Los Cielos) and newcomer Andres de la Mora; Colombians Maria Jose Vargas (Majo Vargas YouTuber e Celebridade no Instagram, Puro Flow, Francisco El Matemático) and Ilenia Antonini (Chica Vampiro); and Argentinean Lion Bagnis (La Doña, Baila). Additional cast members are Colombian actress and model Karen Martinez (Cartel De Los Sapos, Final Tiempo), Brandon Figueredo, who returns to Nickelodeon screens following his role in Nickelodeon Latinoamérica's hit series Yo Soy Franky, and Brazilian actress Clara Tiezzi (Malhação, Rebelde), among others.

Created by Enrique Pérez (Flipy) from Mediapro Group’s production company 100Balas, and produced by Viacom International Studios (VIS) and 100 Balas, N00bees is the Nickelodeon's first-ever gaming series, and brings fans closer to the very real world of eSports, a mass phenomenon among young people. The series, directed by William Barragán, reproduces the atmosphere of big games, the finals, and competition among the teams, including spectacular images from the Liga de Videojuegos Profesional (Professional Videogames League (LVP)), the biggest e-sports league in Spain and the host of major online and offline tournaments for such hit games as “League of Legends” and “Call of Duty.”

The show began filming in Televideo, MEDIAPRO’s production studio in Bogotá, Colombia in May 2018, and made its world debut on Nickelodeon Latinoamérica in September 2018. The series, featuring 60 1-hour episodes, will also run on the free-to-air (FTA) network RCN in Colombia. The Spanish language series has also being adapted to Portuguese for Nick viewers in Brazil (Brasil), where it premiered on Monday 4th February 2019 at 19h. Nickelodeon recently greenlit Noobees for a second season.

MEDIAPRO Colombia’s experience includes productions such as Chica Vampiro (Vampire Girl) which currently stands as the Nickelodeon favorite among viewers aged 4 to 12, bringing in an average of over 648,000 viewers.

To support the series, Nickelodeon Latinoamérica launched several short-form digital series to tie into the show, including Mystery Man, Rutizados and Game Mode, which fans could watch online at mundonick.com, the Nick Play app and on Nickelodeon Latinoamérica's official YouTube channel. Nickelodeon also partnered with Mixer for a series of weekly interactive live streams, and launched the NOOBINFLUENCER contest. To support the Brazilian debut of Noobees, fans can visit a immersive Noobees-themed interactive truck that will take them into the heart of the show and "Rocket League", the game featured in the series.

World Information Tracking (THE WIT) highlighted Noobees in their “Fresh TV Kids Live-Action Scripted Series” conference dedicated to new live-action TV series for children at MIPTV (Cannes) as one of the most innovative and original audiovisual productions for creating new trends in children’s fiction on the international market.

Noobees is currently rolling out into Nickelodeon channels around the world, and recently made its debut on Nickelodeon Africa, on TeenNick Israel, Nickelodeon Spain (España) and Nick Portugal, TeenNick Italy, and Nickelodeon Arabia.

Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe to Premiere '44 Cats' on Monday 15th April 2019 ---ScRaBBlE

Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) will premiere the brand-new CG-animated preschool series 44 Cats on Monday 15th April 2019! Created and directed by Iginio Straffi, the founder of Italian content powerhouse Rainbow Group, the makers of Winx Club and Regal Academy, and produced by Rainbow in collaboration with Antoniano Bologna and Rai Ragazzi, Nickelodeon will launch 44 Cats by airing the first two 11-minute episodes of the all-new series at 17:20 CET and 17:30 CET, respectively. Following launch, Nickelodeon will continue to air brand-new episodes of 44 Cats regularly at 17:20 CET. A list of episodes of 44 Cats that Nick CEE will debut in April 2019 can be found below.

Set in the world of animals, 44 Cats (52 eps x c. 13') follows the daily adventures of Lampo, Milady, Pilou, and Meatball – four adorable kittens who are part of a music band named The Buffycats.

The protagonists live and play in the Clubhouse, a garage beside old Granny Pina’s house. Their adventures explore the themes of friendship and altruism: the four cats love helping others and always find creative solutions to everyday hitches and help other cats in need. The series promotes positive attitudes and conveys educational messages dealing with important themes such as tolerance, diversity and solidarity in a funny way.

This eagerly anticipated show made its world debut on Rai Yoyo in Italy on Monday 12th November 2018. Nickelodeon International acquired the broadcast rights to the series in May 2018, and will roll the animated series out on Nickelodeon channels and branded blocks around the world, excluding in the U.S. and Latin America, throughout 2019.

44 Cats is inspired by the very popular Italian kids song "44 Gatti", which, in 1968, won the 10th edition of the Zecchino d'Oro and has since entered the collective imagination of Italians.



44 Cats is the first Rainbow Group production jointly developed with Bardel Entertainment, the Canadian animation studio it acquired in 2015, and jointly produced in collaboration with Antoniano Bologna and Rai Ragazzi, and combines great music and edutainment with high quality animation. The series also marks Rainbow’s (Winx Club, Regal Academy, Mia and me, Maggie & Bianca Fashion Friends) inaugural foray into preschool programming.

Rainbow inked a licensing deal for 44 Cats with Thai Group’s Hong Kong-based company, Toy Plus in August 2018. Under the terms of the agreement, Toy Plus will develop a variety of products including interactive plush, figurines, play sets, musical toys and more based on the music, creative play patterns and collectability featured in the series. The line of merchandise debuted in Hong Kong in October, and is slated to become available for purchase around the world in fall 2019.

Rainbow has also secured a new licensing deal for 44 Cats with holistic lifestyle company Artsana Group. Under the agreement, the company will develop a range of licensed 44 Cats-themed infant educational toys for infants and a nursing line under its Chicco brand, the largest infant brand in Europe. The deal also includes apparel and accessories collections by Prenatal and Chicco. Products are expected to hit retail shelves later this year and will be supported by a dedicated, high-level marketing campaign delivered jointly by Rainbow and Artsana Group, which is also based in Italy.

44 Gatti become the most watched Italian-produced cartoon of 2018 when it debuted on Rai Yoyo on Monday 12th November 2018, recording record ratings of 527,000 viewers and a 2.71% audience share, helping Rai Yoyo to continue to be the most watched children's channel in Italy! Since its debut, 44 Gatti has also held the record for the highest viewing share amongst children aged 4-7 years, reaching 16% and an average audience of 350,000 viewers in the 19.15 timeslot.

Nickelodeon’s new original TV movie, Bixler High Private Eye, starring Jace Norman (Henry Danger) and multihyphenate actress, singer and author Ariel Martin, a.k.a. “Baby Ariel,” is set to premiere on Sunday 21st April 2019 at 11:20 CET on Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The live-action comedy follows Xander DeWitt (Norman), an inquisitive teenager who has a knack for solving mysteries, as he tackles his biggest case yet when his father suddenly disappears.

In Bixler High Private Eye, Xander’s sleuthing skills get put to the test when his dad, Russell, leaves for work one day and vanishes without a trace. Frustrated by his attempts to find his dad, Xander’s mom sends him to go live with his grandfather (Ed Begley Jr.), a retired private investigator. It’s in his dad’s hometown that Xander finds a surprising lead in the case and builds an unexpected partnership with Kenzie Messina (Ariel Martin), an investigative reporter for the school newspaper.

Bixler High Private Eye marks Norman’s fifth starring role in a Nickelodeon TV movie, and his first as an executive producer. He currently stars in Nickelodeon’s Henry Danger, the number-one live-action show on TV with Kids 2-11 and Kids 6-11, and the network’s longest-running live-action sitcom. Norman is also the co-founder of Creator Edge Media, an influencer marketing agency.

Ariel Martin, a.k.a. “Baby Ariel,” is an award-winning actress, singer, entrepreneur and author who has catapulted into mainstream media. She has captured an audience of over 40 million across all her social media platforms, and over 282 million views on her YouTube videos alone. Most recently, Martin released her debut book, “Dreaming Out Loud,” as well as her fourth single, “8 Letter,” in October 2018.

Following its debut, Bixler High Private Eye will encore on Saturday 27th April 2019 at 11:20 CET on Nick CEE.

Bixler High Private Eye will make its world debut on Nickelodeon in the U.S. on Monday, January 21, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). Following its U.S. launch, the series will roll out on Nickelodeon’s international channels and branded blocks throughout 2019.



Bixler High Private Eye is executive produced by Jace Norman, Scott Norman, Rene Rigal (Immortals, 21 & Over) and Tobin Armbrust (Dark Places, Snitch), and is produced by Greg Sills (Grease Live!, Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards). The TV movie was written by Christopher Baldi (Jim Henson's Turkey Hollow) and Danny Kallis (The Suite Life of Zack and Cody) & Michele Wolff (Ella Enchanted), and is directed by Leslie Kolins Small (Stuck in the Middle).

Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe's (CEE) will treat viewers to a super sneak-peek of Nickelodeon's all-new buddy comedy series, Cousins For Life on Wednesday 27th March 2019 at 19:00 CET, following the premiere of Nickelodeon's 2019 Kids’ Choice Awards at 18:00 CET. The live-action series follows 12-year-old cousins and best friends Stuart (Dallas Dupree Young) and Ivy (Scarlet Spencer) as they learn to navigate life under one roof with their families in Portland, despite being from very different backgrounds. Although the cousins don’t always see eye-to-eye, they learn that they are better together, and when they team up they are unstoppable. Following the sneak-peek, Cousins For Life will fully premiere on Nick CEE on Monday 1st April 2019, airing weekdays at 19:00 CET.

In the premiere episode, "Movin' In" (#101), Ivy and Stuart’s life is disrupted after their dads, Clark (Ishmel Sahid) and Lewis (Ron G.), have a disagreement and Clark ends up moving into their hangout space in the garage. It’s now their missions to resolve their dads’ argument and reclaim their space. The episode also stars Micah Abbey as Ivy’s brother Leaf, who’s always having a good time when he’s with his pet pig, Arthur (Sally Sue).

Viacom to Launch Nicktoons Hungary on Telekom in April 2019 [Update: NickToons Hungary Soft Launches] ---ScRaBBlE

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) will strengthen its portfolio in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region with the launch of a localised Nicktoons channel in Hungary in April 2019! NickToons Hungary (Magyarország) is slated to launch on the on the Magyar Telekom platform on Tuesday 2nd April 2019.

Update (17/2): Nickelodeon has soft-launched NickToons Magyarország, ahead of its official launch in April 2019! As speculated, Nicktoons Magyarország is a simulcast of Nicktoons Poland (Polska) with a Hungarian soundtrack. The channel launched on Tuesday 12th February 2019 and currently broadcasts commercials in English, however, localised advertisements are expected to appear on the channel nearer its official launch. A Romanian soundtrack is also expected to be added in the future. Update (17/3): A Romanian soundtrack has now been added to the channel.

Update (20/2): The Hungary-based media sales house R-time will handle ad-sales for NickToons Magyarország!

NickToons Magyarország will join VIMN's two other dedicated children's channels in Hungary: Nickelodeon Magyarország (a version of Nickelodeon Central and Eastern Europe with a Hungarian soundtrack) for kids aged 4-12 years old, and Nick Jr. Magyarország (a version of Nick Jr. CEE with a Hungarian soundtrack) for children aged 2-6 years. Nicktoons is expected to be aimed towards boys and girls aged 6-to-10 years.

Although unconfirmed, it is thought that NickToons Magyarország will be a simulcast of Nicktoons Poland (Polska), which launched last year. The channel is already designed for international markets, and uses generic on-air design (including bumpers and idents). Nickelodeon commenced testing for a Hungarian version of Nicktoons on the channel during Autumn 2018 by transmitting episodes of Bunsen Is a Beast and SpongeBob SquarePants with a Hungarian audio track on the English audio channel, so it's highly likely this will be the Nicktoons channel that will become available in Hungary.

Nicktoons Magyarország will air a wide range of programming from Nickelodeon's vast library of hit animated series, including SpongeBob SquarePants (SpongyaBob Kockanadrág), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Tini Nindzsa Teknőcök), Bunsen Is a Beast (Bunsen, a bestia), Sanjay and Craig (Sanjay és Craig), T.U.F.F. Puppy (S.T.R.A.M.M. - A kém kutya), King Fu Panda, Avatar the Last Airbender (Avatár - Aang legendája), The Legend of Korra (Korra legendája), Penguins of Madagascar (A Madagaszkár pinginvjei), Rabbids Invasion (Rabbids: Invázió), Harvey Beaks (Csőrös Harvey), Pig Goat Banana Cricket (Malac, Kecske, Banán, Tücsök), Breadwinners (Kenyérkirályok), and ToonMarty, and launch new series, including Welcome to the Wayne (Üdv a Wayne-ben vagy), Mysticons and The Adventures of Kid Danger (Veszélyes Tini kalandjai). Acquired series include .

Nicktoons is currently available on multiple markets around the world, including in the USA, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Japan and Turkey.

The news follows Viacom launching the SVOD service Paramount+, featuring Nickelodeon programming in Hungary, and the launch of Nicktoons Russia (Россия) in December 2018.

Új gyerekcsatorna indul Magyarországon: jön a NickToons

2018. februárjában Lengyelországban elindult a NickToons nevű rajzfilmcsatorna, a Nickelodeon társcsatornája. Egy évvel később nálunk is bemutatkozik a csatorna.

A gyerekcsatornák piaca elég telítettnek tűnik perpillanat, a Nickelodeon anyavállalata mégis bevállalja, hogy új szereplővel lép be a magyarok otthonába. Egy évvel a lengyel indulása utána, Magyarországra is megérkezik a NickToons. A csatorna már akkor a nemzetközi piacra lett tervezve, ugyanis a csatorna azonosítói, bumperjei mind feliratmentesen kerültek adásba, így biztos, hogy ez a változat érkezik meg hozzánk is, a régióban másodikként.

Tavaly ősszel már tesztelni kezdték a magyar hangsávot. A Bunsen, a bestia vagy a SpongyaBob Kockanadrág egy-egy epizódja is magyar nyelven került adásba az angol sávon. Azóta természetesen a tesztek véget értek, ám a magyar hangsáv továbbra is rajta van a csatornán, csupán a műsorok és a szünetek angolul mennek.

A NickToonson olyan népszerű animációs műsorok mennek, mint a már említett SpongyaBob Kockanadrág, de itt látható még A Madagaszkár pingvinjei, a Kung fu Panda, a két Avatár-sorozat (Anng legendája és Korra legendája), korábbi sorozatok közül pedig a Sanjay és Crag vagy a S.T.R.A.M.M., a kémkutya is látható. A csatorna indulásával új sorozatok is bemutatkoznak. Olyanok, mint a Mysticons, az Üdv a Wayne-ben vagy a Veszélyes Tini kalandjai.

A csatorna érkezéséről egyébként a Telekom lakossági közleménye árulkodott:

"2019. április 1-jei és 2019. április 2-i változás: Érintett szolgáltatás: Valamennyi szolgáltatás Módosítás lényegének rövid leírása: Az IPTV és a műholdas (SAT) televízió hálózaton nyújtott Családi, Családi+HD, Szuper Családi HD, Szuper Családi HD 201809 és az IPTV hálózaton nyújtott Szuper Családi Mozi díjcsomagokban a DoQ csatorna 2019. április 1. napjától kezdődően megszűnik. Az érintett csomagokban a megszűnő csatorna helyett 2019. április 2. napjától kezdődően a NickToons csatorna kerül elosztásra "

Vagyis ez azt jelenti, hogy a NickToons hivatalos magyar rajtja április 2-án lesz, egyelőre biztosan a Telekom platformjain.

Érkezik a Nicktoons

A Viacom hazánkban is elindítja Nicktoons nevű, a 4-10 éves korosztályt megcélzó rajzfilmcsatornáját.

Az óvodás korúakat megcélzó Nick Jr és a szélesebb korcsoportnak (4-14 éveseknek) szánt, bár leginkább a kistinik körében népszerű Nickelodeon után a Viacom hazánkban is elindítja elsősorban rajzfilmeket sugárzó, a már jelenlévő két csatorna által hagyott korosztályos űrt kitöltő csatornáját, Nicktoons néven.

A csatorna pontos indulási dátuma jelenleg nem ismert, annyi biztos, hogy a Telekom kínálatában április második napjától válik elérhetővé (A szolgáltatónál már bevált gyakorlat, hogy a hónap első keddjén módosítja csatornalistáját. Néhány kivétellel igaz ez, hiszen a csatornalista-módosítást a hamarosan induló Moziverzum és Jocky TV esetében február második keddjén végzik majd el). Így az indulás lehet már akár valamikor március folyamán is, vagy csak április legelején, de akár már februárban is, hiszen a szolgáltató egy március végén lejáró szerződés helyére emeli csak be a csatornát.

A Telekom tájékoztatása szerint a Nicktoons csatorna a kínálatból kikerülő DoQ helyére kerül. A szolgáltató SAT TV platformján minden bizonnyal SD minőségben kerül a kínálatba, IPTV-n viszont a HD is elképzelhető, hiszen a DoQ itt így is jelen van, a Szuper Családi Mozi csomagban.

Már most elindult a magyar Nicktoons

Illetve a "most" relatívan kezelendő, ugyanis már 12-étől él a magyar hangsáv a csatornán ,emlyen minden műsor megkapta a maga szinkronját.

Ahogy azt korábban már jeleztük, itthon is elindul áprilisban a Nicktoons. Ám úgy tűnik egy korai rajtot már február 12-én megejtett a csatorna, ugyanis élessé vált a magyar hangsáv. Ez annyit tesz, hogy minden műsor, melynek készült magyar szinkron már megkapta a maga anyagait. A reklámszünetek egyelőre angolul hallhatóak még a magyar sávon is, így a tényleges indulásra kell még várni.

A már bejelentett sorozatokon kívül magyar szinkront kapott még a Toon Marty, a Malac, Kecske, Banán, Tücsök és a Kenyérkirályok is. Alább megnézhettek egy rövidke összeállítást a magyar-angol sávról és pár új sorozat főcímdalát.

A Nicktoons hivatalos magyar rajtja április elején lesz, első körben biztosan megjelenik már a Telekomnál.

Az R-time értékesíti az induló gyerekcsatorna felületeit

A 4-10 éves gyerekeknek szánt Nicktoons-szal bővül az R-time portfóliója.

Áprilistól újabb, gyerekeknek szóló rajzfilmcsatornával bővül az R-time portfóliója. „A 4-10 éves korosztálynak szánt Nicktoons tökéletes kiegészítője lesz az idősebb gyerekeknek élőszereplős és animációs sorozatokat nyújtó Nickelodeon-nak, illetve az óvodás korúaknak szóló Nick Jr-nak" - fogalmaz az R-time közleménye.

A Nicktoons műsorán többek között olyan animációs sikersorozatok is láthatóak lesznek, mint a Kung Fu Panda: A rendkívüliség legendája, az Alviiin!!! és a mókusok, a SpongyaBob Kockanadrág, a Tündéri keresztszülők, az Üdv a Wayne-ben! és a Madagaszkár pingvinjei.

Ezzel a műsorral indul a Nicktoons

Azt már tudjátok, hogy milyen premiereket hoz el áprilisban a Nicktoons, most ideje megtudni, hogy milyen műsortervezettel lépnek be a magyar piacra.

Már többször is említettük, hogy körülbelül milyen műsorok lesznek láthatóak az új gyerekcsatornán. Áprilistól a Nicktoonson lesz több olyan sorozat is, melyek már nem láthatóak a Nickelodeonon. De legfőképp az emelhető, hogy hűen a csatorna nevéhez csak animációs sorozatok kerülnek képernyőre.

A Nicktoonson visszaköszön néhány olyan cím is, mely jelenleg is fut a fő csatornán (Nickelodeon), mint pl. az elmaradhatatlan SpongyaBob Kockanadrág, vagy az Alvinnn! és a mókusok és a Tündéri keresztszülők. Illetve vannak címek, melyek itthon más csatornákon, felületeken is megtalálhatóak: Kung fu Panda, A Madagaszkár pingvinjei vagy az Avatár - Aang legendája.

Korábban futó és az elmúlt időszakban nem műsoron levő sorozatok is lesznek a csatornán. A Rabbids: Invázió, a Tini Nindzsa Teknőcök, a Korra legendája vagy a Sanjay és Craig ebbe a kategóriába esnek bele, de még régebbi sorozatként a S.T.R.A.M.M. és a Fanboy és Chum Chum képviselteti magát.

Az új sorozatokról pedig már tudtok, jön a Kenyér királyok, a Kergefarm, a ToonMarty és az Üdv a Wayne-ben! Most pedig nézzétek meg a Nicktoons műsortervezetét.

A Nicktoons április 1-jén indul nálunk, várhatóan a legtöbb szolgáltatónál megtalálható lesz. Ami biztos, hogy a Telekom és a Digi már az első napokban beilleszti a kínálatába a csatornát.
