Peoria, Illinois: Nickelodeon's PAW Patrol is on a roll! The Peoria Rivermen has announced that the professional SPHL ice hockey team will hold a Nickelodeon Night Featuring PAW Patrol on Saturday, February 16, 2019, when the Rivermen face off against Macon Mayhem! The ice hockey match will take place at the Peoria Civic Center (Carver Arena) in Peoria, IL. Puck drops at 7:15 p.m.!
At Paw Patrol Night with the Rivermen, presented by Country Financial fans will get to meet and greet Skye from Nickelodeon's beloved animated preschool series, plus the Rivermen will wear special Paw Patrol inspired jerseys! Skye will be at the game between 6:30pm - 9:00pm.

And that's not all! The Peoria Rivermen will also be hosting Ghostbusters Night with the Rivermen on Friday, February 22, 2019! The game against the Roanoke R.Y. Champs Sports Launches Exclusive FILA x Rugrats Collection
Nickelodeon-favorite Rugrats footwear and apparel collection to drop on Feb. 22
NEW YORK, Feb. 20, 2019 -- Champs Sports has teamed up with FILA and Viacom Nickelodeon Consumer Products to debut an exclusive Rugrats-themed line of footwear and apparel. Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica and the rest of the gang decorate a new capsule collection, with design elements that offer a whimsical nod to these beloved Nickelodeon characters.

For this collaboration, FILA has created an exclusive set of styles for kids and adults that playfully pairs classic silhouettes and the brand's iconic logo, with this celebrated animated series.

Inside the Nickelodeon Animation Studio w/ the Fila Rugrats Collab! | Ill-ustrated
We went behind the scenes at the Nick animation studio in NYC to meet with the Rugrats illustrator, to celebrate our new Fila X Rugrats Collaboration!
The collection includes three special-edition sneaker styles for men and kids, including FILA's Disruptor 2, Original Fitness Tape and Ray Tracer. The FILA Disruptor 2 x Rugrats offers a twist on one of the brand's most popular silhouettes. The footwear features FILA's signature white, navy and red color palette, with co-branded FILA and Rugrats tape on the shoe's quarter. The FILA Original Fitness Tape x Rugrats updates another iconic FILA design; created in a navy hue, the shoe also features printed taping, embellished with the Rugrats gang.
The FILA Ray Tracer x Rugrats is one of the brand's newest silhouettes and was created in a bold red hue. As an homage to Reptar, the shoe boasts pops of bright green and features the famous T Rex alongside the FILA logo. Additional design elements across all three styles include dual-colored laces, FILA and Rugrats logo hits and sock liners adorned with the colorful crew.
To complement the footwear offerings, the FILA x Rugrats apparel collection consists of eight men's styles, created in white, navy and red to tie back to the footwear. A selection of tees and hoodies are emblazoned with large graphics, including a fusion of the FILA and Rugrats logos, a polaroid of the pals and special character touches such as Chuckie sporting FILA footwear.

Russell Westbrook’s 90s Themed PEs Continue With Rugrats Chuckie Colorway
In recent weeks we have seen Russell Westrbook string together a number of nostalgic Why Not Zer0.2 PEs that harken back to a 1990s era that is currently responsible for a number of the most revered sneakers on the planet. Joining a collection that already includes a Game Boy and a Nerf-inspired selection next is an homage to everyone’s favorite glasses-wearing, red-headed cartoon baby, Chuckie, from the hit 90s Nickelodeon cartoon, Rugrats. Right on the heels of FILA x Champs‘ extensive Rugrats collection, this PE comes in advance of the cartoon’s silver screen debut set to release in 2020. Coming packaged in a furry orange box resembling Chuckie Finster’s hair, the shoes themselves are more of an homage to the entire series, adorned in a color scheme borrowed from the show’s instantly recognizable logo. Fila's Rugrats Sneakers Have Arrived To Make You Miss The '90s Even More
Lately, it seems that fashion and apparel brands have a thing for making us feel nostalgic for the '90s, whether they're resurrecting our favorite clothing brands and popping up with designs featuring everyone's absolute favorite '90s TV shows. The latest throwback collection that you'll want to cop ASAP? Fila's Rugrats Sneakers.
Last week, Fila and athletic wear retailer Champs Sports announced that they were joining forces to release an exclusive Rugrats-themed collection. The collection features three different sneakers designs, five t-shirt designs, and two sweatshirts that are all available now on the Champs Sports website.
Each piece in the collection is dotted with your favorite characters from the TV series — Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, Angelica Pickles, Reptar, Spike, Kimi Finster, and Lil and Phil DeVille — all make cameos on the newly-released apparel.
As far as the footwear goes, Nickelodeon lovers can show their love for the Rugrats and choose from different sneaker designs on Fila's Ray Tracers, Disruptor IIs, and Original Fitness sneakers.
The Ray Tracers retail for $75 and are available in red, with Reptar making an appearance alongside the Fila logo. They also have a white sole with lime green accents throughout. The Disruptor IIs retail for $65, are available in white and feature both the Fila and Rugrats logos. Finishing off the collection are the Original Fitness sneakers that are on sale for $60, are navy blue with white soles and red laces, and feature Angelica, Tommy, Chuckie, Reptar, and Spike along the side of the shoe.
Of the apparel that is included in the collection, each t-shirt retails for $35, and there's a selection of navy blue, red, and white shirts with a variation of graphics. As for the sweatshirts, there is a red option and a navy blue option, and they both retail for $65 each. The navy blue sweatshirt features the Rugrats logo across the front of the sweatshirt in white and includes Angelica, Tommy, Chuckie, Reptar, and Spike down the length of the sleeve. The red option features the Fila logo on the front with Tommy and Chuckie hanging out in the letters.
As of right now, the new apparel and footwear collection is only available in men's sizes, but don't let that deter you from copping the merch and showing your Rugrats pride. The size chart on Fila's website can help you convert your sizes. And while there's no word yet on whether or not this collection is solely a special edition launch, or if it will become a permanent part of the Fila line, I recommend copping the goods ASAP, so you don't risk the chance of them selling out.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't think it's any coincidence that this new collaboration comes just a few months after Nickelodeon and Paramount announced that a new Rugrats movie and TV series are underway. If you plan on seeing the new movie on the big screen when it hits theaters in November 2020, go on and take advantage of this nostalgic collection so you can have merch to rock while watching your favorite toddlers on the big screen.

Entertainment One (eOne) and the Edinburgh-based footwear company Hunter Original will celebrate the joy of jumping into muddy puddles this summer. The companies are collaborating on a limited-edition collection of footwear and accessories for children — the Hunter x Peppa Pig collection. The exciting partnership coincides with the launch of brand-new episodes including a two-part celebratory special, where Peppa and George have their first-ever festival experience. Summertime music and arts events are two things that are central to the DNA of the Hunter brand, which aims to outfit festivalgoers for every type of weather.
Set to launch in a year full of Peppa Pig celebrations around the globe, including the 15th anniversary of the television series in the UK & Australia, the playful new camo print designs feature the show’s much-loved characters, Peppa Pig and her brother, George. Rain boots, backpacks and umbrellas in three different styles will be available for kids ages 2 to 5 in the UK, North America, Canada, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Scandinavia, France, and Italy this July. Within the collection are the new Kids Grab Handle Wellington boots, cleverly designed so that small hands can pull them on all by themselves.
“There’s a natural synergy between these two British brands that makes this partnership the perfect fit.” says Andrew Carley, executive vice president of global licensing at eOne Family & Brands. “The vibrant collection that Hunter has designed will create must-have items for Peppa’s many fans and we look forward to making a big splash at retail when the products launch in key markets this summer.”
“At the core of a great Hunter experience is fun, adventure and preferably a muddy puddle. I can think of no better partner to bring this spirit to life than Peppa Pig,” said Alasdhair Willis, creative director at Hunter.
The Hunter x Peppa Pig collection of accessories and rain boots includes the new Kids Grab Handle Wellington boots, designed so that small hands can pull them on all by themselves. Ranging from £30 to £45, it is aimed at ages 2-5 and will be available in UK, North America, Canada, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Scandinavia, France and Italy in July 2019.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Peppa Pig television series in the UK and Australia.
The series follows Peppa, George, their parents, grandparents and little animal friends in their day-to-day lives, going to nursery school, buying spaghetti from the supermarket, flying kites or going to the beach.
The recent announcement adds to eOne’s anniversary efforts, which to date have included partnerships with the likes of Character Options (plush, figures), Penguin (books), Redan (magazine specials) and Enseco (figurines).
eOne has been promoting Peppa’s birthday with a number of new initiatives, including 10 new episodes of the series, and a different two-part special about the characters attending their first-ever music festival, in April. The episodes will be combined into one film and get a cinematic release in Australia and the UK.
This year also happens to be the Year of the Pig in China, and the brand has been growing in the region with the recent consumer products deal naming Alpha Group as master toy partner to create play sets, figurines and role-play items, which launched at the end of 2018. eOne is also capitalizing on the celebrations with a different two-part Chinese New Year special, sold to Nickelodeon and several free-to-air broadcasters around the world. eOne also signed a recent partnership with leading Chinese e-commerce platform Tmall to sell its products and help sell its products.
Peppa Pig is wildly popular. The children’s television series has been translated into more than 40 languages and is broadcast in 180-plus territories, including on many Nickelodeon channels around the world and on Viacom’s Channel 5 Milkshake in the U.K. The brand is a licensing powerhouse, with total retail sales in 2017 reaching US$1.2 billion for the little pig. Meanwhile, licensing and merchandising revenue reached US$59.3 million that same year, driven by growth in the US where L&M revenue increased by more than 170%. Last year, eOne’s Family & Brands business grew 29% to US$97.5 million in the first half of the year due to continued strength from Peppa, which was up 18%, and its CEO is hoping to reach $2 billion by 2020.
A brand-new Peppa Pig Live! stage show is also set to launch in the UK in October 2019, and will run throughout the whole of 2020, and a musical album is also set to be released this year. Peppa Pig season eight will also debut on Nick USA this year.
Peppa Pig is created by Neville Astley and Mark Baker and produced by Astley Baker Davies Ltd and Entertainment One (eOne). The animated preschool show is one of eOne’s key properties. In 2017, it announced that 117 new episodes were entering production, which will start airing in 2019 and take the total episode count to 381. Peppa Pig will be celebrating her 15th anniversary throughout 2019 with a raft of activities for fans.
Hunter is best known for its Original rubber boot and makes footwear and outerwear suited to a variety of weather conditions. Hunter has the Hunter Original brand, which is more urban and fashion-oriented, and Hunter Field, which is more about performance and countryside pursuits.
Hunter is built on its 160 year heritage of designing footwear and outerwear to protect from the weather and perform across all terrains. The British brand, founded in 1856 by American entrepreneur Henry Lee Norris holds two Royal Warrants of Appointment to HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh. Willis was appointed creative director in 2013 when two new brand categories, Hunter Original and Hunter Field, were introduced.

Worcester, MA - COWABUNGA! The Worcester Railers hockey team has announced the Turtley Awesome news that professional minor league ECHL ice hockey team will host a Nickelodeon Night featuring Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on Saturday, March 9, 2019, when the Railers face off against the Norfolk Admirals!
At Nickelodeon Night with the Worcester Railers, the Railers will wear specialty jersey inspired by Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, similar to the jersey below, presented by the Worcester Credit Union!
The ice hockey match will take place at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA, the home ground of the Worcester Railers HC. Puck drops at 7:05 p.m. Tickets to attend the match are available to purchase now on TicketMaster.com.

GAMEDAY THEME - NICKELODEON WEEKEND The Walleye are pairing with Nickelodeon to bring you a weekend of fun! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be the main attraction, as the Walleye sport specialty TMNT jerseys on the ice!
SPECIALTY JERSEY - TMNT JERSEYS To celebrate Nickelodeon Weekend, the Walleye will wear TMNT jerseys! Jerseys will be auctioned with proceeds benefiting Walleye Wishing Well and local charities.
SPECIAL EVENT - POSTGAME OPEN SKATE WITH THE WALLEYE Join us every Sunday for a FREE open skate at the Huntington Center immediately following the game. Open skate participants can lace up in The Aquarium near the Jefferson Avenue Lobby. On select Sundays, the Walleye team will join the fans on the ice! Open skate participants can provide their own skates or can rent them at the Huntington Center for $5. The open skate will last approximately (1) hour after the game.

The Toledo Walleye's Nickelodeon Weekend is part of ECHL's partnership with Nickelodeon, in which the league will host Nickelodeon Takeover Experience's at 26 home games during the upcoming 2018-19 season.
