The refreshed on-air look and feel incorporates real kids playing with Nick Jr.’s most iconic preschool characters in both animated and real-world environments. The fresh, bright and colourful on-air presentation is intended to reflect the playfulness and imagination in kids' lives and support on the network's mission of making the world a more playful place. More than 400 deliverables including bumpers, IDs, lower thirds, parent-directed curriculum messages and promo packaging initially rolled out on Monday, May 21, 2018 in the US, and is now being rolled out onto Nick Jr. channels worldwide.
The refresh has so far only been rolled out onto the main Nick Jr. channel, with Nick Jr.'s sister channel Nick Jr. Too continuing to use a on-air design based on an older brand refresh. It's currently unknown whether Nick Jr. Too will also adopt the new look.
In additional news, Nick Jr. UK & Ireland will start to premiere brand-new episodes of PAW Patrol, including all-new Ultimate Rescue missions with Rocky and Zoomer, from Monday 18th March 2019!
